Your golf enquiry

We use your selected area, date, time window, player count and optional round preferences to find golf options. The website stores selected search details in its address, which may remain in your browser history. Do not include sensitive information in an enquiry.

If you message our WhatsApp Business number, we store your number, message, round preferences and delivery notices privately to reply and handle failures. These chats are not shared with clubs or added to golfer-interest reports. Conversation preferences are reused for up to 24 hours; stored messages currently require manual deletion.

Search and referral information

The website uses a random session identifier stored in your browser to record searches, result impressions and outgoing club-link clicks. Recorded search events contain round preferences and a coarse area, not the raw enquiry text. A click shows referral interest; it is not evidence of a booking. The public agent search does not write these search events. Hosting and connected services may maintain their own operational logs.

Clubs must not receive identifiable golfer enquiries. Current club reports contain labelled sample information.

Other services

UK postcode lookups use postcodes.io. Weather forecasts on the website use Open-Meteo with club coordinates. Club visitor sheets provide live tee times where available. Lovable Cloud hosts the application and recorded website events.

If you use ChatGPT, OpenAI processes your conversation under its own privacy terms. Only the search tool’s declared golf fields are needed by this service; we do not need your full chat history. Opening a club link takes you to a separate service governed by that club or booking provider’s terms.

Sharing an option to WhatsApp opens a prepared message for you to send. A two-way WhatsApp assistant is not activated.

Retention and your rights

An automatic retention period has not yet been implemented. Before public launch, the operator must confirm the retention schedule, legal basis, responsible business, privacy contact and how access or deletion requests will be handled.
