Misty early-morning parkland golf course with a flag on the green

For golf clubs

Fill more tee times. Protect your green fee revenue. Get discovered through AI.

Every Monday morning, see your week ahead: open tee times, the weather and ideas to promote the days that need it. Golfers who find you through Fairwayly always book directly with your club. We’re not a discount site — the aim is more revenue per visitor place.

Founded by Kirsty Skeates, who works in golf bookings at Driffield Golf Club, East Yorkshire — so we know how tee-sheet gaps happen and what they cost.

The public page where visitors see and book tee times.

A booking link just sends golfers to your page. A live availability feed means we read open visitor times — we only do that with your permission and your provider’s terms. We never scrape without permission.

Registering is free; the Monday email is £149 per year or £15 a month. Nothing is charged today — we’ll confirm before you pay. We review every club before reading any tee sheet, and only use public visitor pages you’ve allowed. No emails are sent yet — we’ll be in touch when your report is ready.

Two golfers in a clubhouse planning a round on a laptop

Your tee times need to be where golfers are searching

Golfers don’t start on your tee sheet. They start with a question — “Where can two of us play near Driffield on Thursday morning?” — typed into Google, asked to an AI assistant or sent to a mate on WhatsApp. If your open visitor times aren’t part of that answer, the round goes elsewhere or doesn’t happen.

  • Search. Fairwayly matches plain-English requests to your open visitor times and links straight to your booking page.
  • AI assistants. We’re building one connection that assistants like ChatGPT can use to look up tee times. Not yet approved or listed on any platform.
  • WhatsApp. Golfers text Fairwayly their round and get open visitor times back, each with a link to your booking page. No app to install, no new system for your staff.
  • Your own website. Every enquiry hands off to your existing booking page. No new system, no commission on the booking.

Wherever golfers ask, your tee times can be the answer

Golfers already ask their phone, their WhatsApp group and AI assistants where to play. Fairwayly puts your open visitor times into those answers, with a link straight to your own booking page.

Kirsty Skeates, founder of Fairwayly, on a golf course

Built from inside a golf club

Kirsty Skeates works in golf bookings at Driffield Golf Club, East Yorkshire. She sees every day how a quiet Tuesday afternoon or a gap before a society day turns into lost green fees — and how often golfers simply don’t know a time is free. Fairwayly is built to close that gap without discounting your course.
